Ana at the front desk was so amazing and communicative that it already gave me a good experience. Dr. Michael’s office is all of that and more. I went in with serious anxiety and left feeling happy and ready to address issues I’d been ignoring.
From my first call, Ana and Maggie at the front desk were wonderful. Erin prepared a detailed insurance breakdown in minutes with minimal hassle—they are truly the sweetest administrative team around. My hygienist, Dara, was attentive, caring, and genuinely talented. Even the hygienist who assisted during my filling and temporary crown placement (whose name I regretfully forgot) was fantastic. And Dr. Michael himself combines great skill with a conservative approach, carefully balancing my preferences with my dental needs. I really can’t recommend this office highly enough.
If you’re on the fence about where to go, this is the practice to visit. You won’t regret it.
